This year’s Conference will take place at the stunning Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee – the country music capital! Located just minutes away from the world-renowned Grand Ole Opry and a short drive from Nashville’s vibrant downtown, this city has something for everyone.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Our discounted Conference room block is limited and rates will expire on August 1 or sooner if the block has filled. Last year our room block filled up very quickly so it is important to reserve your rooms early if you'd like to stay where the Conference is taking place. (You can always cancel your reservation should your plans change.)

Our discounted room rate is $139 for single/double occupancy traditional rooms and $204 for single/double occupancy premium/atrium rooms (+ state and local taxes). These rates include the resort fee and are available from August 27 through September 6, 2016 so feel free to take advantage of the discount to extend your stay and explore Nashville.

The Gaylord is located just eight miles north of Nashville International Airport (BNA). The estimated taxi fare is $30 one-way or you can book an airport shuttle for $30 by calling 615-883-2211.

On-site parking at the Gaylord is $24 daily and valet is $32 daily.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Gaylord Opryland offers daily roundtrip shuttle service from the Nashville International Airport to the hotel. Look for the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or use our kiosk by the welcome desk. If an agent is not available, you can find the resort shuttle immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport.

Daily express shuttle service: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. (departs every 20 minutes). Based on demand.
