DOWNLOAD THE APP TODAY TO ENHANCE YOUR CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE

GET THE APP

• Go to the correct store. Access the App Store on iOS devices (iPhones, for example) and the Play Store on Android. If you're using a Blackberry or Windows phone, you'll need to use the web version of the app found here.

• Install the app. Search for Eventpedia. Once you've found the app, tap either Get or Install. After installing, a new icon will appear on your home screen.

• Open the Eventpedia icon and accept notifications. Following the notification pop-up, the Eventpedia "How to get started" pop-up will display. After closing the pop-up, you will be directed to the events download list.

• Search Meals on Wheels in the search field and tap the name – 2019 Meals on Wheels Annual Conference and Expo – to open it.

• You will be prompted to download 2019 Meals on Wheels Annual Conference and Expo. Click the box with an arrow to download.

• Log in. Use the email address you used to register for Conference as the username and Meals2019 as the password.

BUILD YOUR PROFILE

• Access your profile settings. After logging in, tap the My Profile tile.

• Tell us about yourself. Click the pencil to add a profile picture and complete the text fields to give other attendees a sense of who you are.

• Edit privacy settings. Click the My Profile tile, and then select Settings. You can choose what you want other attendees to see by clicking the box and marking it green.

CREATE YOUR SCHEDULE

• Find the Agenda tile in the first row of the home screen and tap to open.

• To add a session to your schedule click the calendar icon to the left of the session name. You will be notified that the session has been added to My Schedule in the app and calendar. You can also choose to receive a reminder before minutes or hours before the session begins.

• Once you are finished adding sessions, you can see your schedule either by tapping My Schedule within the Agenda tile or by tapping the My Schedule tile on the home screen. In both locations, you have the ability to email yourself a PDF version of your schedule by tapping the image of the printer and then the box with an arrow in the upper right corner.

MATCHMAKING

This function will help you match with sessions, attendees and exhibitors based on your interests to maximize your networking opportunities!

• Find the Matchmaking tile and tap to open it.

• Select Interests. Tap Settings at the bottom right to start selecting interests that you would like to discuss with other attendees. Tap Next to select products or services of interest and tap Next again.

• Find Matches. Click Match Now to see all your matches!

TAKING POST-SESSION SURVEYS THROUGH THE APP

• After attending each session, tap on that session in your schedule and tap Survey.

• Rate overall session and speaker satisfaction.

• Enter any additional feedback. Then tap Finish to submit. We really appreciate the feedback!

SCAN QR CODES TO CONNECT DIRECTLY WITH ATTENDEES AND EXHIBITORS

• Having a good conversation with an attendee or exhibitor and want to follow up with them later? Tap the Scan icon on the App home screen and ask the other person to do so, as well.

• Have the other person tap to reveal their QR code while you tap to scan it using the in App camera on your phone.

• The other person's information will then be stored in your scan list. You can even jot down a few notes about your conversation for follow up.

Additional Tips

Notes are saved to the My Profile icon. The App can turn your notes into a PDF to easily email yourself or others.
Scans of other attendees or exhibitors are also saved in the My Profile icon.
If you bookmark an exhibitor it will be added to My Favorites which can be found in the My Profile icon under Likes
