ServTracker to enhance connections between healthcare and escalating number of at-risk seniors

Arlington, VA, February 26, 2018 – Meals on Wheels America announced today that it is partnering with Accessible Solutions, Inc. (ASI) to expand the utilization of ServTracker – the software company’s flagship product – across the nationwide network of senior nutrition programs. This effort is part of Meals on Wheels Health – an initiative designed to meet the needs of a rapidly growing senior population while reducing costs for health plans and enhancing their performance on key revenue-driving factors, such as star ratings.

“As the leadership organization for community-based senior nutrition programs across the country, we are focused on creating the infrastructure needed to meet the data security and information risk management standards of the healthcare industry,” said Don Miller, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Meals on Wheels America. “Our work with Accessible Solutions will enable us to accelerate and scale our capabilities to serve more high-risk seniors, improving their health outcomes while reducing the cost of their care.”

The ServTracker application enables Meals on Wheels programs to manage all aspects of service delivery, billing and reporting in a secure and efficient manner through the integration of various technologies, including mobile applications and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) billing tools. Not only does ServTracker arm local programs with a tool that can streamline service delivery operations, the technology allows for data aggregation across the country which is vital when engaging with national and regional healthcare systems, and can also be used for benchmarking and advocacy.

“We’re honored to be working with the Meals on Wheels network and are excited that ServTracker is the technology solution of choice,” said Greg Prosser, President and CEO of Accessible Solutions, Inc. “We look forward to helping to further integrate their healthcare initiatives, implement best practice solutions and provide valuable information about the vulnerable population they serve.”
